    Myself Dharmendra Singh, applying admission form for BSW programme on 31 Dec 2017, on the same day online fee for Rs.5056.69 including taxes remitted through my debit card to ignou concerned bank account vide PGTXN ID No 736530022058 dated 31/12/2017 at 9:58:34 PM. In this connection the fee transaction have erroneously been made in replicate due to server problem, accordingly, Rs. 10113.38 deducted from my account instead of Rs. 5056.69. However, refundable amount for Rs. 5056.69 is not yet refunded in my concerned bank account till date. It is requested that resolve the matter and refund the surfeit amount through my concerned bank account at the earliest please.

And my study center is in Guwahati.Now I have been trying to fill up the exam through online for term end exam June session 2018 to the exam center code no.- 1705 where I gave my 1st year exam last year is not accepting my submission.     my enrollment no : 126077308 and doing MAH i have sumitted the re-admission from in April 27th only and still i have not received the acknowledgement of it. now i have applied for june 2018 exam and in the hall ticket it says Not Eligible (Non completion of minimum study period / Registration not valid for June 2018 TEE Exam).
